Join us as we unpack the second category of biased behaviors: Intercultural Competence and the strategy for changing this type of behavior: Intercultural Development. We’ll discuss what intercultural competence is, how it shows up at work, and why developing intercultural competence it important for workplace culture. We’ll present tools for measuring intercultural development and strategies for encouraging development in your workforce.
